The girls’ bowling team was victorious in their first match of the year on Monday night at Oxford Lanes taking down the Carlisle Indians 1681 to 1381. Gracie McQueen led the team with a 158 game and 283 two game series as all 7 ladies participated in the victory. Breanna Colfax added a 154 game for a 264 series and Cali Taulbee had a 272 series. The boys’ team didn’t fare as well losing to Carlise 2541 to 2195. Peyton McQueen had high game with a 202 as part of a 363 series with teammate Colton Troutman adding a 372 series. All 7 men participated in their first match of the year. The bowling team is off until after the Thanksgiving break with their next match on Tuesday, December 2 at Oxford Lanes against Talawanda in their first SWBL league match.
